Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Not An Energy Drink website collects and how it is used. The website has one purpose today: letting you join our launch list.
What we collect when you sign up
- Your email address.
- The date and time you signed up.
- The consent wording shown next to the form when you signed up.
- Which signup form on the page you used.
- Campaign tags included in the link you followed to reach us (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), if any.
We do not ask for your name, and you do not create an account.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you launch news and product updates, which is what you ask for when you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time. Campaign tags tell us which links bring people to the site.
When you sign up, we email you a link to confirm the address is yours. You are only added to our launch email list after you confirm. If you don’t confirm, we don’t send you launch emails. Every launch email includes a link to unsubscribe.
We keep a record of whether you confirmed, unsubscribed, or whether emails to your address bounced or were marked as spam, so we stop emailing addresses that should not receive mail.
Preventing abuse
To limit automated or repeated submissions, the signup service keeps a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address for a short time. We do not store your IP address itself in our signup database.
Services we use
- Vercel hosts this website and processes requests to it, which includes technical data such as IP addresses.
- Supabase provides the database where launch list signups are stored.
- Resend sends our confirmation and launch emails and stores the email addresses of confirmed subscribers, along with their subscription status.
- Vercel Web Analytics gives us aggregate visit counts and records when a signup is attempted, accepted or confirmed. It does not use cookies, and these events never include your email address.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above.
